He’s an executive chef and some may know him as the singer of San Diego punk band, Dogwood. His latest musical project is Saint Didacus and his podcast is The Family Cast. 

We talk about everything from Cooking in Food Trucks to Creativity for mental health and even MxPx Food and Song Pairings.
