Jimmy Eat World is an American rock band formed in 1993 in Mesa, Arizona. The band is composed of lead vocalist and lead guitarist Jim Adkins, rhythm guitarist and backing vocalist Tom Linton, bassist Rick Burch, and drummer Zach Lind. Mass is not only a punk rock legend, he’s smart as hell. He speaks multiple languages including Spanish that he taught himself in 3 weeks! He went on to get a PhD in Spanish. Also I was uber impressed when I stumbled across his Ted Talk on Don Quixote called, Oppression and the art of subversion. Oh and to top it off he’s a bass player! Mass has produced a massive amount of albums including Rise Against, Anti-Flag, and Alkaline Trio.
